Pet stain & odour removal
Pet urine soaks quickly through the carpet fibres, into the backing and often the underlay. As it dries it leaves crystals that reactivate every time moisture returns - which is why a stain you thought was gone can start to smell again on a humid day.
Household cleaners usually just mask the smell. We use specialist enzyme treatments that break the residue down at the source, combined with a deep hot water extraction clean. Because the treatment uses more moisture and solution than a standard clean, we allow extra time for high-powered turbo drying.

Absolutely amazed by the carpet cleaning service! I had a nasty ink stain in my dressing room carpet that I thought was never coming out. After a preliminary visit, Jay arrived as arranged to clean the carpets in four rooms of my son's house. Although good quality carpets, they had not been professionally cleaned in the 13 years since they were new. I’m really happy with what the team did. I asked for two sofas to be cleaned which badly needed it and they now look (smell) great. The price was more than reasonable and I actually asked them to carry out more work than originally quoted because the pricing was good also. One of the Sofas was a pull out bed, it didn’t dawn on me to get the mattress done but once I had seen how they worked I asked them to do that and a very large area rug. The job took around 5 hrs as I kept adding things to be cleaned but the guys were polite, professional and happy for a cup of tea. I recommend this company if you want good work at a good affordable price.

What should I do straight after an accident?
Blot firmly with a clean white cloth - don't rub - working from the outside in. Use cold water, not hot, and avoid bleach, which can damage fibres.
